The journey through pregnancy, childbirth and into motherhood is not without it’s challenges, both on a physical, mental and emotional level. As a trained Yoga Therapist and specialist in Pre & Postnatal yoga, I can work with you during your pregnancy journey, in preparation for childbirth, the early postpartum period and through the various stages of motherhood.
Every mother’s journey is different, as is her healing. Even if your circumstances were identical to that of another, your experience, reaction and effects may be vastly different. For this reason yoga therapy engages a holistic approach, treating you as the individual, the whole person, rather than symptoms or expectations.
